The Help Me Choose app is paid for directly within Shopify and taxes will be in the local currency as per your agreement with Shopify. Each month you will simply pay the amount for the pricing package you have chosen (Starter at $29, Growth at $99 or Pro at $299) through your Shopify billing and there is no continual contract so you can cancel or change pricing tier at any point (beyond the month you have paid for)
