After naming your quiz, the first step you’ll need to take when building your quiz is to write an introduction. It’s a great way to engage your customers and manage their expectations about the shopping experience they're about to have.
When you’re in the survey tab of the quiz builder you will see the introduction box below the name box. The title field is where you can enter a title or opening line. We recommend using something friendly like “Welcome to ***** Store, we’d love to help you find the perfect product”
Then in the text field below you can add some more detail, we recommend adding something that tells them a little bit about what to expect from the tool. eg. “Simply answer a few quick questions about what your looking for and we’ll take you to your perfect product, it takes just 1 minute to complete”
You can see how this will look to the user in the box on the right of your screen.
